Terms of service

These terms cover the hosted Backloop platform at app.trybackloop.com, run by Altria LLC, 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. The Agent Feedback Protocol specification, schemas and SDKs are licensed separately, under Apache-2.0. Questions: guillaume@backloophq.com.

The service

Backloop collects feedback from AI agents, groups and prioritizes it, drafts issues and uses coding agents to propose changes. It is an early version: features change, and it may be unavailable at times.

Accounts

You sign in with GitHub, Google or an emailed link, and you are responsible for what happens under your account. Viewers can read a workspace. Admins can also file issues, run coding agents and approve changes.

Acceptable use

Don't:

  • submit credentials, personal data or other people's confidential information as feedback;
  • try to access data or accounts that aren't yours, or to get around security or rate limits;
  • send content designed to manipulate the AI systems Backloop runs, such as prompt injection;
  • use the service to break the law.

We may suspend accounts or block traffic that breaks these rules.

Your content

You keep ownership of the feedback, code and other content you bring to Backloop. You let us process it only to provide the service, including through the providers listed in our privacy policy.

AI output

Clusters, issues, reports and code changes are generated by software, including AI models, and can be wrong. Review them before you rely on them. Backloop never merges changes: a person approves every pull request, and your team decides what ships.

Changes and ending

We may change these terms or the service. When the terms change materially, the date at the top changes too. You can stop using Backloop at any time and ask us to delete your account.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Altria LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits or revenue, arising from your use of the service.
